APE Deadbeats

It works!   To date, this page has recovered over $450.

Car guys are a family-like group; they tend to watch out for each other. Automotive small business owners need to stick together, too. Some times customers will take advantage of businesses and not pay their bills. APE, like any other business has customers that don't pay their bills.

The following is a list of folks that have demonstrated a problem with paying their debt to APE.  We have made many attempts to contact these folks, yet we have still not received payments.

These are NOT folks that we are having warranty issues with or antyhing like that. These are folks that can be classified under one or more of the following:

  • We sent products before receiving payment [silly us], with the understanding that the customer would send payment in the next few days.   The customer hasn't paid.
  • We sent warranty replacement products, with the understanding that the customer would return the broken product in the next few days.   The customer has not returned the part(s).
  • We shipped on their shipper account, then they didn't pay their own bill.
